Home delivery service fees are calculated according to the chosen delivery plan in addition to the weight and / or size and dimensions of the product to be delivered. In the event of failure to deliver the order and that was the result of an error on your part (this includes, but is not limited to - typing a wrong address, typing an incorrect name), in this case additional fees are applied to you to resend the request.

During the ordering process for your products, check the page for each product individually, some exceptions may apply.

Return, exchange and refund

In the event that there is a defect in the product, within (7) days of receiving the product, you can request a "product return request" to return the product to us.

You must contact us to fill out the "Request to Return Product" form before starting the return process. The product return request form is valid for 7 days from its issuance.

In the event that the product is returned due to a defect in the product, a defect from the manufacturer, or as a result of damage during the delivery of the product or due to the incorrect / wrong product delivery, no additional fees for the delivery service or bank transfer fees will be charged. In the event of return for other reasons, (the customer’s need to replace the product or the customer’s desire to change in general), the customer will be charged delivery fees or bank transfer fees.

When preparing for a product return, it must be in its original condition with all accessories and instruction manual included. We do not accept return of products that are open, have scratches, or were damaged due to misuse or malfunction due to the use of non-matching volts. We have the right to agree to accept the return of products that do not meet the above criteria.

Warranty, maintenance and repair:

The products sold by us are covered by a factory warranty for at least 2 years. Note that the guarantee is provided by the supplier agent. The manufacturer's warranty is effective from the date of purchase.

You should read the owner's manual before using the product to ensure it meets the safety and security standards and local electrical requirements.

All electrical appliances we sell are designed to operate in the 220-240 volt range unless otherwise indicated. If you do not have the right field to operate the product with this voltage / electrical source, we recommend that you do not use the product. Products damaged due to the use of a wrong electrical source will not be accepted under the terms and conditions of the Factory Warranty.

All products sold in our showrooms have passed quality checks and are ready to use upon shipment. If there is any problem with the product after (7) days of receiving the product, we recommend that you contact the authorized factory center in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia directly to request the product to be repaired.

When you place the order from our store, we will do everything we can to deliver your products to you as soon as possible as we have contracted with the best shipping service companies in the Kingdom to ensure the quality of service and the ability to track the shipment by the customer via the tracking number that we will send to you upon processing your order.

The establishment is responsible for delivering washing machines (dishwashers - automatic - dryers), and is not responsible for installation work.
